Building Analysis and Design
We undertake structural analyses and design of structures of varying complexities using advanced computation methods such as Finite Element Analysis. We analyse and design structures such as reinforced concrete frames, steel frames, timber frames, steel roof structures (space frames), steel canopies (fuel stations), cable supported structures, post-tensioned and pre-stressed concrete structures.

Bridges and Highway Structure Design
Our team possesses specialist Bridge Engineering experience which allows us to analyse, design and detail road and pedestrian bridge structures. We are also perform category three (3) checks for other firms. We offer inspection, assessment and certification of existing bridges for authorities.

Foundation Design
We provide foundation design for diverse kinds of structures including high rise and low rise buildings which require unconventional foundations.

Inspections and Condition Survey Reports
Our team of Professional Engineers conduct surveys on existing structures to assess any defects that may be present and propose corrective measures. We also conduct assessments of structures and report on the feasibility of any proposed alterations, extensions and change of use.

Temporary Works Design
There has been numerous reports of buildings collapsing in Ghana recently. These incidents results in injuries, loss of life and capital. Many of these structural failures has been as a result of inadequate temporary stability due the lack of temporary support. The core philosophy of our temporary works design is to ensure adequate support is provided to structural elements that are under construction. Temporary supports such as formwork and falsework that we design ensure that structures remain stable during construction.
